Shipping & Delivery FAQ (English Version)
1. When will I receive my order? How much is the shipping charge?
Please note that all products require processing and preparation time before shipment.
We arrange shipments once a week, every Monday.
For local delivery in Hong Kong, we use SF Express, and delivery normally takes around 7 working days starting from the date of shipment.
For international delivery, we use reliable international couriers. Delivery time varies by location, usually around 2 weeks starting from the date of shipment.
Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that processing and delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. How can I check the shipping rate before ordering?
Simply add the items to your shopping cart, select your destination, and the system will display the shipping cost before checkout.
3. Will my package be charged import tax or Customs duty?
Customs policies vary by country. Import taxes or duties may apply depending on your local regulations.
Customers are responsible for any Customs fees charged upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot speak for Customs. International orders may incur import tax or Customs duty. If your country/Customs office elects to charge a tax on your item, you are responsible to pay in order to receive it. Our company has no control over Customs’ decision or the cost of the charge. Please contact your local authority for details before placing your order.
4. What if my package is delayed or lost during delivery?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow the delivery status.
Please note that the risk of loss or damage during shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

我們會於 每週一 統一安排出貨。
香港本地訂單由 順豐速運 派送,運送時間約 7 個工作天(由寄出日期起計算)。
國際訂單將由可靠的國際快遞公司寄送,送達時間視乎地區,一般約 2 星期(由寄出日期起計算)。
運費將於結帳時根據送貨地址自動計算。
請注意,旺季或特殊情況可能會延長處理及運送時間。
2. 如何在下單前查詢運費?
將商品加入購物車,選擇送貨地區,系統會自動顯示運費金額。
3. 國際訂單會否產生關稅或進口稅?
各地海關規定不同,可能會徵收關稅或進口稅。
顧客需自行承擔相關費用。
很遺憾,我們無法代表各地海關。國際訂單可能需繳付進口稅或關稅,若您所在國家或海關要求收取,您需自行支付方可收貨。本公司對於海關的決定及收費金額無控制權,建議您在下單前向當地有關部門查詢詳情。
4. 如果快遞延誤或包裹在運送途中遺失怎麼辦?
訂單交付快遞公司後,我們會提供追蹤號碼,方便您隨時查詢運送狀態。
請注意,運送過程中的遺失或損壞風險需由顧客承擔。
